The Startmate Collective is not a course. It's not a networking group. It’s a highly-vetted community for ambitious women and non-binary people building serious momentum in their careers — whether that means launching a startup, hiring a team, negotiating a raise, or blowing up a good job to go chase something harder.

At its core, the Collective is a space to get clearer, bolder, and better connected — fast. You’ll find executive coaching, leadership workshops, role circles, and a Slack that actually hums. But more importantly, you’ll find people who show up. The ones who send you the spreadsheet. The ones who don’t need your LinkedIn bio to take you seriously. The ones who stick around long after the cohort ends.

Want the vibe check? Here’s what a week might look like:

😴 Monday

You’re over-caffeinated, under-rested, and you’ve just been ghosted by a potential hire. You jump into the WhatsApp and message your peer group. One shares a hiring framework. Another sends you her onboarding doc. You then get connected with a startup operator who offers to run your next interview panel for you. You’ve never met her before now.

🏃Tuesday

Masterclass with the founder of a startup you admire. She talks about what it was like to lay off three people in the middle of a fundraise and why she changed her cofounder agreement. You stay online an extra half hour to debrief in DMs.

🐪 Wednesday

Your peer group meets. These are the members who are on the same path as you. The ones who get where you're at and are a soundboard for growth. But it’s been a long day and you don’t feel like chatting much. You do anyway. You leave feeling cracked open and 10x better having spoken to a great group of peers.

🤓 Thursday

Workshop time. You hear from a previous CTO. Her story resonates. The takeaways - just what you needed. You Soak it all in and end up feeling more energised for the second half of the day.

🥳 Friday

Someone shares their startup just got their first customer in Slack. The reactions are all "🔥👑✨🕺". They were on the fence about applying to Startmate Collective six months ago. Now they’ve got a waitlist of customers at their door.

Startmate Collective is for people who’ve outgrown listening to a podcast or two and are looking to supercharge their growth irl (and maybe even get in the door for investment with Startmate). It’s a community for those who are sick of being the only person at their company who even thinks about ambition. Who want more. More clarity, more context, more community, more actual momentum (and are ready to ask for it).

We appreciate women in tech are some of the busiest people out there, so this membership is high impact, low time commitment (~2-4h per month).

Founders especially: this is where we meet you where you’re at. Startmate has backed 300+ startups, from early chaos to breakout success. And many of those journeys started right here, in a Slack thread, a peer circle, a “should I apply?” moment. No vague vibes. Just deep conversations, hard questions and a genuinely elite circle of women who will make you better.

Applications are open now and won't reopen until mid-2026!
